Which payment providers can I use?
Polar, Dodo Payments and Stripe. You connect them with a token that only reads orders and creates refunds, stored encrypted. Money never passes through Boughtcast.
Does the buyer need an account?
No. Their order number or purchase email plus the link to their post is enough. They get a private link to follow every step until the refund.
How do you know the purchase is real?
We look the order up with your payment provider: it must be paid, not refunded, for the campaign's product and within the window. One refund per order, even across campaigns.
What if the buyer deletes the post?
The post is re-checked daily until it reaches the days you choose. If it disappears earlier, there's no refund. A refund already sent can't be clawed back automatically.
Do buyers have to disclose the reward?
Yes. An incentivised post must say so clearly, for example with #ad, and Boughtcast checks it. It's not a way to buy positive reviews: buyers write in their own words.
Can I run several campaigns?
Yes. Each product can have several, each with its own link, reward, requirements, dates and budget. No code needed: share the link or paste one line on your site.
Can I measure the traffic posts bring?
Yes. Each buyer can get a personal link for their post. It counts the visits it brings, and you see them in your dashboard next to each entry.
What if a refund fails?
The entry is flagged with the error. Check the connection to your provider and retry: every refund carries a unique key, so it's never paid twice.
